Olive oil is great for sealing in moisture. I have not used Jamaican black castor oil, but I plan to use it soon. Also DEEP CONDITION! I neglected to deep condition, and the few times I did, I used a mineral oil packed conditioner. Make sure you look at the ingredients in the products, not the name brands.
